The material of the down jacket is mainly down and coated fabric.
1.Down: a mixture of small feathers and velvet (also known as tuft). The former is called feathers and the latter is called velvet. The ducks and goose feathers are used to separate the small feather pieces and the velvet pieces for use as the floc of the down jacket. There are two kinds of down and down, white is better. The quality of the down jacket is related to the amount of cashmere and the amount of cashmere. The amount of down is the weight of a down jacket, which is expressed in grams. It is generally about 250 grams. The amount of cashmere is small and the warmth is poor. The amount of cashmere refers to the content of down in the down, expressed as a percentage, generally containing cashmere. It is 50 to 80%. The high content of cashmere is good. Because the velvet can make the body heat not easy to lose, and the hand feels soft, but it is not easy to bulge in time after being pressed and wet, and the small feather piece can make the clothes fluffy to keep the air in the clothes. Helps keep warm, but there are more small feathers, the heat is easy to scatter, and there is a hairy sensation. Therefore, the velvet and the small feathers must be collected in a balanced manner.
2.The coated fabric is made of high-density silk, cotton cloth, cotton polyester and other fabrics. After rolling, the gap between the warp and weft yarns is reduced, and then the polymer slurry is coated to form a transparent film with the fabric. The cover layer is used to close the warp and weft gap of the fabric, and a fluorine-phosphorus resin or a silicone-based water-repellent agent is added into the coating slurry to make the fabric have anti-velvet and water-proof properties and comfortable.
